Annual Meeting Held April 26th: We had a great turnout of folks this year and we were really excited to be able to meet some of our new neighbors as well. We will be adding 2 additional board members and we want to thank Nikki Stewart and Somaya McKinney for stepping up to support our community. We look forward to their contributions! About the H3 Voluntary HOA
We are a voluntary in Lilburn, Georgia that works collaboratively together with our neighbors to serve our community and to keep our neighborhood safe and beautiful. Our neighborhood is made up of three subdivisions: Hampton Rhoades, Haralson Hills, and Highlands. These three subdivisions form the "H3" moniker for our neighborhood.

Why pay dues? Your contributions go towards maintaining the entrances, additional security, providing advocacy/community resources, collaboration, social events, and ultimately maintaining our property values. We value transparency and make the records of our spending publicly available to anyone in the neighborhood.
Schools: Our neighborhood is in the Parkview Cluster, consisting of Camp Creek Elementary School, Trickum Middle School, and Parkview High School.
Code of Ordinances: While our HOA does not impose any additional requirements, our neighborhood falls within Gwinnett County and is subject to its code enforcement regulations. The official code of ordinances can be found HERE. If you have any issues we HIGHLY recommend that you work with your neighbor directly before reporting to code enforcement. Code enforcement reports can be sent to codeenforcement@gwinnettcounty.com or reported anonymously online HERE.
